Healthy Appetite
I am a person that can sit and watch food network all day without it making me hungry or wanting to eat everything in site. I think I just have such an appreciation for the craft that I enjoy it for that, along with learning different recipes to try at home. Now some of those recipes, even in moderation can mean danger for our insides. This is why I especially enjoy the show Healthy Appetite, hosted by Ellie Krieger. She gives recipes that are balanced, good and good for you.
