Fresh Pineapple Body Elixir

Chanelle of Indigofera was kind enough to send me (or should I say sent theskinty.com) some of her natural products to sample and therefore this is the 1st of 3 reviews for each product. The products came packaged with details about her company, how Indigofera got started where it’s headed etc. The products are in clear containers with beautiful logos on them. They came packaged inside of a clear bag wrapped in raffia, which I thought was a really nice touch. Perhaps it’s just me but details like this can sell me just as much as the product so this was a huge plus and left me with the impression that I’d be in for a treat. Out of the three products sent, the Fresh Pineapple Body Elixir has to be my favorite. Could be the fact that I just love the scent so much, could be the fact that this is the first perfume made of all natural ingredients that I’ve ever tried. Or at least from what I can think of.

When you first put the Fresh Pineapple Elixir on, it smells like just that, Fresh Pineapple. Initially I thought it was going to be too much to take and figured I’d try to use less the next time I put it on. However the pineapple smell dies down a bit after some time, and what you’re left with is a nice sweet smelling perfume that lasts pretty well throughout the day. I did have some problems when using it in areas where my skin is more sensitive so if you have sensitive skin that’s something to keep in mind. However on the neck and around my wrists, legs, I had no problem. I’m finding the petite bottle lasts long as well, even with my pretty much using it all over. So that’s a definite plus and I plan on making a purchase when this sample runs out.
