****PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING***

The Do’s
1. Do introduce yourself under the introductions forum so that we can get to know you.
2. Do build with the sisters on the board, it’s amazing the bonds/growth to be had via the Internet.
3. Do share your ups and down in your weight loss journey to allow for both learning and accountability.
4. Do consider your sister when posting. If she will be offended by what’s being said or not (Rather it’s a tone taken on or topic).
5. Do consider the women here in your prayers.
6. Do consider becoming a moderator some day (I’ll be watching:)).
7. Do not think you’re being a board hog because you enjoy to post, post away utilize this tool to the fullest (unless you really are just being a board hog).
8. Do remember the wheat among the tares, not everyone who says Lord Lord shall enter the kingdom and no one can come to the Father except through Christ Jesus. So pray that the Lord will remove the false hood or redeem if they walk among us.

The Don’ts
1. Don’t post your private information on this public forum (phone number, home address, place of employment etc).
2. Don’t huddle with only those that you like but embrace the full community, walking in that agape (doesn’t mean you’ll be chatty Cathy with everyone, just means you can still say hi to someone that you’d normally shy away from and acknowledge their posts).
3. Don’t think you have the best diet plan that everyone needs to hop on to be successful. Share what you’re doing and keep it moving.
4. Don’t start debates on doctrine, if you see someone acting out of line on here concerning scripture bring the post to my attention, rap with them via PM, and pray for them.
5. Don’t think you’ve fallen too far of the “diet” wagon to get back on, share even the ugly so that you may be restored.
6. Don’t side cut folks in your posts, if ever an issue arise take it to them in love, if you need back up bring it to a mature sister that will handle it biblically.

I’m sure i’ll be adding to this list but that is it for now.
