Getting the kids to drink water
Children and water just doesn’t seem to mix, at least when it comes to plain water and them drinking it. Flavored waters are cool but nothing like instiling in them early the importance of getting the clear 0 calorie stuff solo of any additives. Here are some cute water bottles to check out in hopes of planting that seed.

The brain is such a powerful thing that if we do not renew it as the word tells us to, it’ll totally control everything we do. I say that because there is little that I like in the frozen foods department, I tend to over think stuff so it prevents me from buying that which I could very well enjoy. Past experiences doesn’t help with my phobia either, so when I heard such good things about Amy’s products, it was hard to believe it could be any good, after all it’s frozen. Well I do pretty well frozen pizza’s let me take that back. But it’s still frozen pizza to me and there are few that I’ve eaten that remind me of the real deal.

Amy’s Diet Plan
Did you know that Amy’s, the nation’s leading natural frozen food brand has a “diet” plan? I’ve placed the word diet in parenthesis because ya know how I feel about that word around these parts. While I am anti-diet in terms of wholelly focusing on a set plan to reach weight loss goals, I am all for plans and programs that’ll allow you to utilize them as ou work towards changing your eating habits. This is a two week plan, the food is relatively affordable. I just brought a Shepards pie for two dollars and change. And it’s a good way to jump start your plan towards healthy living. I"m at the place of focusing on cooking a large portion of my meals at home. However when I’m looking to switch up some things or if there is a period of time in life where I know I’ll be on the go a lot more than usual, I’m definately going to give this a try. Documentary of Holy Hip Hop in St Louis.
Anyone that knows me know how much love I have for Holy Hip Hop. I’m blessed by the music but ultimately it’s the message that gets me geeked. This You Tube video does a bit of a breakdown of the HHH scene in St Louis, and not simply focusing on what’s going on in this particular city. The artist including Flame and This’l to name a few speaks briefly on their testimonies as well as their purpose of utilizing Hip Hop which ultimately is to deliver the gospel message.
